Chief Adminstrative Officer
Before co-founding MIND 24-7 and taking her place on the executive team as Chief Administrative Officer, Adrienne Opalka amassed an impressive portfolio of experience in health care and managed care operations.
Prior to joining MIND 24-7, Adrienne was VP of ACO Operations at WellCare, where she managed seven accountable care organizations, developing risk-sharing arrangements that resulted in dramatically improved quality scores.
As COO of three separate health plans, Adrienne developed a deep understanding of the inner workings of behavioral health care while directly managing health centers delivering 1 million multispecialty visits per year. Her entrepreneurial accomplishments include the founding and management of Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center’s Medicaid managed care plan, a joint venture combining private, public and not-for-profit hospitals. Previously, she was a consultant for Bain & Company, focusing on commercial banking mergers and acquisitions, as well as health care operations and technology for Fortune 500 companies.
Adrienne has a B.A. from Yale University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
