Jeff Spight

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Jeff Spight co-founded MIND 24-7 to address the mental health care chasm in the U.S., where the average patient waits four to six weeks to see a mental health provider. As chief executive officer, Jeff is leading the values-based vision of MIND 24-7—with the ultimate goal of dramatically changing the way people receive mental health care.

Jeff has nearly 25 years of experience in health care leadership, most recently as president of market operations at Wellcare/Universal American. Previously, Jeff held leadership roles at Bravo Health, AmeriHealth and McKinsey & Company.

He previously served as chairman of the board for Troy Medicare and on the board of directors for the National Association of Accountable Care Organizations. Jeff has an MBA from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics from Colorado College.
