What does working for MIND 24-7 mean to you?
Working for Mind 24-7 gives people hope. It gives hope that one day soon the stigma behind asking for mental help will just disappear.
Knowing that I am a part of what Mind 24-7 is trying to accomplish makes me incredibly proud. I am so excited to see what the future has in store for Mind 24-7, our communities, and myself.
What inspires you to wake up and come to work every day?
I am inspired every day knowing that I am working for a company that is making a difference in our community and soon all over the country. MIND 24-7 is filling the gap in our healthcare system that is often overlooked and pushed aside.
The finance team is an amazing group of people that pushes me to do my best work everyday. The support I get from them is like nothing I have experienced in any other work place before. My team loves to have fun, but also knows how to work hard. Who knew a bunch of accountants could be so much fun!
Lastly, I enjoy having a leadership team that listens to you, wants to hear your ideas and values your input. Not to mention, leaders take time out of their busy day to just chat with you.
Tell us something interesting about yourself that not many people know.
If I could live anywhere in the world, I would live in Austria.
