Market President of Operations
Angela Pon serves as MIND 24-7’s Market President of Operations, leading the organization’s operations while also serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief People Officer. With more than 17 years of health care leadership experience, Angela has dedicated her career to strengthening mental and behavioral health services through operational leadership, regulatory excellence and a strong focus on people and organizational culture.
Prior to joining MIND 24-7, Angela served as Director of Quality and Compliance for a multi-state mental health and crisis organization. Before that, she served as Administrative Director of an integrated and behavioral health nonprofit organization.
Angela holds a Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) designation and earned her Six Sigma Green Belt in 2017. She is also a former certified youth and adult Mental Health First Aid instructor.
