What does working for MIND 24-7 mean to you?

It means having compassion and selfless service and doing whatever is necessary to take care of our patients and employees. In our line of work, we see people on their worst days. By extending empathy, understanding, and offering professional assistance in their greatest time of need, we can hopefully create positive outcomes, remove negative stigmas and change people’s lives for the better.

What inspires you to wake up and come to work every day?

I am inspired by the passion that our leaders and employees display. Our leaders provide great vision and strategy, and our team members execute that vision and strategy with great patience and care. I take joy in watching our staff with our patients and know that their dedication and compassion is making a positive difference in the lives of those in need. Our employees are the backbone of our company and witnessing their commitment to our patients, their colleagues, and our community partners, truly inspire me every day.

I am a certified COMMIT Dance Fitness Instructor.
