These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MIND 24-7 website located at mind24-7.com and any related subdomains, pages, or digital properties (collectively, the “Site”) operated by Mind 24-7, LLC (“MIND 24-7,” “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).

By accessing or using the Site in any way, you (“You” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If You do not agree to all of these Terms, You must not access or use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, patients, caregivers, partners, and others who access the Site. Use of clinical services provided in person at MIND 24-7 facilities is subject to separate patient agreements and consents provided at the time of care.

MIND 24-7 operates walk-in behavioral health clinics in Arizona, offering:

• Express Care – walk-in mental health assessments and treatment for individuals not in immediate crisis.
• Crisis Care – urgent, higher-acuity mental health evaluation and stabilization services.
• Progressions – ongoing outpatient therapy, medication management, and counseling programs.

The Site provides general information about these services, our locations, staff, accepted insurance, and resources for patients and families. The Site is not a medical treatment platform and does not establish a provider-patient relationship.

The Site and its content are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care. MIND 24-7 provides urgent behavioral health services at our physical locations, but the Site itself cannot dispatch help or provide real-time crisis intervention.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations;
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its server, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site;
• Attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack;
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to harvest data from the Site without Our prior written consent;
• Impersonate MIND 24-7, its staff, or any other person or entity;
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any conduct that We, in Our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Certain features of the Site (such as online payment portals or patient forms) may require you to provide personal or account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Any information, feedback, suggestions, questions, comments, or other submissions you voluntarily provide to Us through the Site (“Submissions”) will be treated in accordance with Our Privacy Policy. You grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Submissions for the purpose of operating and improving the Site and Our services, to the extent permitted by applicable law and HIPAA.

The MIND 24-7 name and logo are trademarks of Mind 24-7, LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without Our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services that are not owned or controlled by MIND 24-7. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any third parties or their websites.

We encourage you to be aware when you leave the Site and to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit. These Terms apply solely to the MIND 24-7 Site.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MIND 24-7 expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In no event will the total liability of MIND 24-7 for all claims relating to the Site exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to Us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

MIND 24-7 is a HIPAA-covered entity. As a healthcare provider, We handle protected health information (“PHI”) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and applicable state law.

Our Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes how We use and disclose your PHI and your rights with respect to it, is provided separately at the time of clinical services and is available upon request at our facilities or by contacting Us.

These Terms and Our website Privacy Policy govern information collected through the Site only. They do not replace or supersede HIPAA-required notices and agreements applicable to your clinical care.

By contacting MIND 24-7 via SMS or text message, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Mind 24-7, LLC related to your inquiry, appointment reminders, or care coordination. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your interactions and preferences.

Mobile and messaging consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at Our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter.

We will post a notice on the Site’s home page when material changes are made. The date these Terms were last revised is identified at the top of this page. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
