Dr. Sally Brooks

Chief Medical Officer

Sally Brooks, MD, is the Chief Medical Officer of MIND 24-7, where she leads clinical operations and management to ensure the safety of patients and staff while delivering the best possible patient outcomes.

Prior to joining MIND 24-7, Dr. Brooks was SVP, Chief Medical Officer for Kindred Healthcare Rehabilitation Services and was primarily responsible for recruiting and supporting physicians, clinical operations and business development.

Previously, Dr. Brooks served as VP of Physician Services at UnitedHealth Group and National Medical Director at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Dr. Brooks’ three decades of experience also includes serving as director of senior health services at The Christ Hospital Health Network in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she started her internal and geriatric medicine practice.

Dr. Brooks is a passionate fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association and was a founding member of the Speaking of Women’s Health conference series. Dr. Brooks completed a geriatric medicine fellowship at the University of Cincinnati and her residency in internal medicine at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. She earned her pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University and her medical degree from Marshall University.
