Luis Gonzalez has invested his healthcare career exclusively in Arizona. He brings more than 20+ years experience in the medical center and inpatient psychiatric environments.

He began his healthcare career writing analyst forecasts for the investment community gaining insight into healthcare finance and growth.

This later transitioned to spending many years entrenched in the Phoenix market in business development and strategy for the Abrazo Healthcare system.

Luis later spent more than seven years at St. Luke’s Behavioral Health and subsequently transitioned to COO at Aurora Behavioral Health having administrative oversight
for more than 230 beds as well as their outpatient and specialty adolescent services, including the region’s only specialty autism unit.

Most recently, he served as CEO for Haven Behavioral Hospital of Phoenix, transforming the hospital from multi-year losses to leading the enterprise in clinical and financial excellence winning several Enterprise awards for patient satisfaction and quality of care. Luis ended his
tenure at Haven exceeding EBITDA budget by more than 140%.

Luis is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), a distinction earned by fewer than 10,000 individuals Worldwide.
