Kristi R. Stovall | July 5, 2022

As a team of innovators with a mission to transform the delivery of behavioral health care, our MIND 24-7 team changes the lives of people struggling with their mental health every day. Each month our leadership team recognizes recent efforts to go above and beyond to make a difference by members of our team, and has selected the following individuals for the JUNE 2022 MIND 24-7 TEAM SPOTLIGHTS to be celebrated company-wide and showcased on all our social platforms. CONGRATULATIONS LINDA, MONICA, ALBERT, AND DANIELLE! Let’s take a minute and get to know them a little better …

Knowing that I am given the resources to truly make a positive impact in a child or adolescent’s life. I’m a crazy dog lady and have four fur babies that often come with us when my husband and I take our RV camping.

ALBERT BALINGIT – NURSING

“Albert is a great team player who is very knowledgeable with most of what is needed to get the job done. I have seen Albert go above and beyond with our patients even when he is not charge by engaging in difficult situations and help out. Albert sets a tone for great leadership. Being able to make a difference and offer my ideas from experiences at other facilities.

What inspires you to wake up and come to work every day?

I have some of the same experiences that they do, I didn’t have anyone to talk to when I was growing up. So If I can make a difference with just one person a day … I’ve done my job.

I really care about the work that I do in wanting to make a difference in the client’s life. Hopefully, God willing I will be able to open up my own group home.
