Being able to make a difference and offer my ideas from experiences at other facilities.

What inspires you to wake up and come to work every day?

I have some of the same experiences that they do, I didn't have anyone to talk to when I was growing up. So If I can make a difference with just one person a day ... I've done my job.

I really care about the work that I do in wanting to make a difference in the client's life. Hopefully, God willing I will be able to open up my own group home.
